My Two Very Favorite No-Cook GO Recipes



INTRODUCTION

I've been carrying around make-at-home, on-the-go, nutritional meals or snacks for years for a quick, nutritional and tasty snack/meal to take with me and pick me up as I travel around.  I have kept most recipes 'in my head' and now have begun to write down some of my favorites.  I thought it would be fun and helpful to share with many like-minded friends through this interactive Blog.

Two recipes that I wish to share  as a "Starter" connection with my readers  are my morning creations titled "Cheese' Cake Yogurt Cobbler" and 'Chocolate' Yogurt Granola Parfait".  Both these become oth  my favorites after one taste and I need to fix, eat and Go more often.  I can change that for this is a new day and I have ways to make it GO before it's pau (over)!



Chocolate' Yogurt Granola Parfait

For Flavor
....1 tbs of Chocolate Ice Cream (My choice here is UMPQUA 'Lite' Rocky Road)

For NutritionalValue
...6 oz Yogurt (My choice here is Nancy's lowfat  Plain)
...Brazil Nuts
...Carob Peanut Clustor
...Banana (sliced)
....Walnuts (chopped)
